This site feeds you, people who appeal to your selection, once you communicate with them on a free messaging basis, you lose contact, then you pay and their profile is no longer found. This has happened a number of times, I initially gave it just a fluke chance, but it has happened more than once, in addition, I have given my preference and repeatedly my box is filled with those outside of my preference. I have more than just an inkling this is the method of which they work. They should not be allowed to charge for their services because it is never up to par. Basically they sucker you in then charge you and want to keep charging you annually if you don’t cancel, it’s a gimmick.

The reviews on this site are absolutely true. I wish I could stop people from wasting their money. Half the profiles don’t have a picture. And the ones that do aren’t even local. I did a little research before I started and it seemed good so I enrolled for a six month membership. Almost all of the matches have been geographically way too far away. Then every time I tried to see something my Malware warned me site blocked due to Spam and my Windows warns me it is not a secure connection. STAY AWAY from this one.

Horrible Site
So after joining eHarmony I was trying to contact customer service and it took me 15 minutes to finally find an e-mail address.
I have also listed that it is VERY IMPORTANT that my matches be within 30 miles and I keep getting ones from over 100 miles away and in no certain order or distance. The first one could be local and the next one in line is 100 miles away. Come on get it together the free sites do a better job of distance location then this site.
Lastly when it comes to knowing if a person is active you are just out of luck because this stupid site does not track user login activity so you may find that person of your dreams but they have not been on the site for months. Oh sure send them a message is like waiting for the punch line to a joke and the person telling it forgets it. It is just hit and miss. The other free sites at least track user activity so you know if you are talking to an active user or not too waste your time on someone that has not been active for months. For a pay site this is something that should be a must.

Definatley a scam
Would give 0 stars If I could. I signed up for a 99 cent one day trial. After using it an hour or so I realised it was a scam and never used it again. A few days later I checked my account and they charged me over 65 dollars in 2 days for premium functions and a monthly subscription even though I only signed up for a day. Now I can’t get in contact with them. Definatley a scam

Horrible experience
Awful app. Horrible experience. After using the app for two days (and not sending any messages or even matching with anyone) I received a message to say I was permanently blocked due to my ‘behaviour’. I cannot possibly imagine how I could have violated guidelines without actually communicating with anyone. I’m a respectable 45 year-old woman, so perhaps this site thinks I’m expendable. This site is very expensive, no webcam service and one has to spend an exorbitant amount of money to finally obtain personal info. The site blocks any attempt to send personal info in chat, letters or photos.I think many of the profiles are fake-I received several letters the same day from different women in particular cities either identical or very similar. Some profiles I feel are legit but I would stay away.

Can’t delete your profile
DO not use this site. First time I have ever used one of these sites. I wonder if it’s all a scam. There is no contact number for customer service. I joined for 6 months. Then at a minute past midnight after the 6 month deadline, they tried to take 227 euro for a year’s fee without any warning. Fortunately my bank stopped it. It prevents you cancelling your subscription on the site even though there is a cancel button. It suggests you use a contact form – couldn’t find one and you can’t delete your profile without contacting customer service. Of course nobody has been on dates under the current circumstances so we should really be getting a refund but these guys are just scammers.

I found this site
I found this site very confusing to use. I did not like the coins/carosel feature. I felt that the site should have used my preferences to prevent me from being an option on someone’s carousel that did not match the preferences I chose for dating. I also didn’t like that every time I scanned a picture to see who viewed me, it let them know that I viewed them. And after I deleted a bunch of views, all of the men I deleted came back up on my recently viewed, because they thought I viewed them. Very frustrating. However, I was fortunate to meet someone after several attempts to find the right person, so that was the bonus.

My first “match” I met here is a scammer. I didn’t loss any money because I am smart enough not to be fooled, and strong enough to pull it through. The scammer keeps harassing me but it’s not considered as a crime by this site, therefore they refuse to release his identity due to “privacy concern”.
